What is EVA Foam?
EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate) foam is a high-performance, closed-cell foam known for its durability, water/UV resistance, and cushioning properties. It is widely used in marine, automotive, industrial, and recreational applications due to its ability to withstand harsh environments while providing comfort and style.
Key Benefits of EVA Foam:
- ✔ Waterproof & Weather-Resistant – Ideal for boats, off-road vehicles, and outdoor applications.
- ✔ Slip-Resistant – Provides excellent traction, even when wet.
- ✔ Shock Absorbing & Comfortable – Reduces impact and fatigue on joints.
- ✔ UV Resistant – Withstands exposure to sunlight without fading or cracking.
- ✔ Customizable – Available in various colors, textures, and thicknesses.
- ✔ Easy to Clean & Maintain – Resists stains, mold, and mildew.
The EVA Foam Production Process
- Material Selection: We source high-quality EVA foam sheets from top manufacturers. Choose from a large selection of color combinations and textures.
- Digital Measuring & Custom Design: Using a Prodim Proliner 3D system, we create precise templates for a perfect fit. Next we create designs in our CAD program.
- Precision CNC Cutting: Our CNC machine ensures flawless cuts, and stunning designs.
- Adhesive Backing Application: We use 3M™ marine-grade adhesive for a strong, long-lasting bond.
